i found the staff to be very polite and attentive. my room had a lovely proper-sized bath.. it was a treat compared to some of the tiny ones you find elsewhere. the car park felt safe, a detail that always puts my mind at ease.

I noticed some mould on the wall in the corridor. It's a minor thing, yet it's something that could be addressed to keep the place looking its best.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay

My room was clean and well illuminated during the night when the curtains were closed. I stayed for two nights and experienced quiet surroundings with no disturbances at all. I found the bed very comfortable, and all of the facilities available in the room met a good standard. I also found the room service regular..

The kettle did not work. It was leaking quite badly. I had to return to reception to get a replacement. There was no spoon provided to stir drinks. the shower did not produce hot water, so I could not shower.

the staff gave us extra pillows when we asked, so that was okay.

I was really disappointed. The shower curtain had mould on it, and that's just not something i expected. i felt uncomfortable using the shower, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I found parking quite easy and convenient. The carpark was located right next to the entrance, made carrying luggage simple. The staff were helpful in ensuring I had access to everything I needed.

I noticed the front bar door was boarded up. There were also some empty beer cans on the way to the main entrance which I did not like.
